Originally from the Caribbean and having spent most of his adult life in New York, his perspective has been shaped by two cultures known for creativity, ambition, and innovation. That combination informs the way he approaches brand building, balancing strategic thinking with a sharp editorial eye and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.

Before joining GJC, Tedd built a career as a professional photographer, with work featured in Vogue and other leading publications. Years spent creating campaign, editorial, and e-commerce imagery developed an instinct for what captures attention, communicates value, and creates emotional connection. More importantly, it taught him how to uncover the story at the heart of a brand and translate it into visuals that people remember.

At GJC, Tedd brings that experience into every stage of the creative process. From brand identity and creative direction to content, campaigns, and digital experiences, he helps shape brands that feel cohesive, distinctive, and built for long-term growth.
